No, we specialize in individual orders as well as bulk printing or embroidery.
How long does it take to get my printed items customized?
Our production time depends on the size and complexity of the order. If it is a single item using one of our ready made graphics we can often complete your items by the next business day. If you are needing graphics created our typical turnaround is 5-7 business days. Complex designs may increase production time. If you have a deadline, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may be applied. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Circumstances out of 1st Class Design's control such as supplier shipping delay due to weather or holidays, may require additional time and are not factored into the initial time estimate.
How long does it take to get my items embroidered?
Our production time is generally 10 business days, however, during the peak holiday season, production time is increased to 14 business days.
Can I mix and match shirt colors & sizes?
Yes, you can order as many different shirts, sizes as you need. For sizes 2XL and larger there will incur an additional price fee.
Can I print or embroider a shirt I do not see listed on the website?
Of course! We print on many different brands, but list our most popular styles online. Be sure to document the item number as shown on screen through our online catalog. As long as we can obtain the blanks, we will print it for you. Send us an email to see what we can do for you.
How do I prep art files?
AI or EPS files are preferred.
Can I rush my order to get it before the standard turnaround time?
We pride ourselves on being able to meet the needs of our customers. Orders can be rushed as long as we can obtain the product, and the rush fee is paid at the time of ordering.
What is the correct way to list initials for monograms?

What if my customization is misspelled or wrong?
Despite our best efforts, we are human beings creating your personalized items, so please bear with us if an accident happens and we fail to catch it before it leaves the store. Any order not fulfilled 100% correctly will either be refunded or re-done. However, if the information provided to us was incorrect, unfortunately, the responsibility then goes to the customer.
